Kim K. and Yeezy welcome a baby girl into the world.

Baby West is HERE! Kim and Kanye welcomed their first child today at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood, Calif. Baby West is 5 weeks early and was oringinaly due on July 11th. The bundle of joy is an early Fathers Day present to first time dad, Kanye. What a first time Father's Day present!
The fashion savvy momma and baby are reportedly "doing great and amazing" says a source. Congrats to the lucky couple!
